Free Advertising Terms
Any company that is run by a woman, or has a women available on request, ie taxi company who has a woman driver, will be given the opportunity to advertise free of charge in 1 county for 6 months under 1 category. If Leave it to the Ladies.com receive more than 2 companies wanting to advertise under the same category, in the same county, Leave it to the Ladies.com reserve the right to decline free advertising.
Users
The information we provide for users is given with the express permission of the advertisers. We may not be held responsible for any incorrect or misleading information given on the website by advertisers. Our future plans include providing a feedback feature for users who have used the services of the advertisers (similar to the one available on popular retail and auction sites.)
Browsing activity
During your search session on Leave it to the Ladies.com we will record the location and category you have requested and any company you select. This information is collected anonymously. There is no way you can be identified as a result of your browsing activity on Leave it to the Ladies.com. We will also store your IP address, browser type, access times and referring URL. By monitoring and analysing site traffic we can better develop our services we offer.

Our fees are dependent on the counties and options chosen. Registration fees are payable to advertise on the website and in addition to this Leave it to the Ladies.com will promote the website and may use information from advertisers for this purpose. Life Membership is for the life of your company or the life of Leave it to the Ladies.
Payment
Fees are paid through Paypal. We do not store any financial details of our advertisers.
Security
We take the security of personal information very seriously. We comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 regarding storage and disclosure of any information you provide and the prevention of unauthorised access.
Updating your own information
The Leave it to the Ladies.com website allows advertisers to access and update the information we hold on them themselves. Simply login to the [log-in] page to do this. Once approved the details will be updated on the website.
